However, the situation has assumed a frightening dimension as the Islamic sect sent out warnings to primary and secondary school teachers in the town to stop going to school or risk bomb attacks.

Can you tell us about your background and what some people don’t know about you?
Well, I was born on 19 July, 1971, in Calabar, Cross Rivers State, Nigeria. I am the first child in a family of four children. I had my primary and secondary education in Lagos and Calabar respectively, after which I enrolled for remedial studies at the University of Calabar. There I stayed for one year, and proceeded to the School of Medical Laboratory Science, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, from where I eventually bagged a degree in Medical Microbiology.

Late last year my dad(who is in his mid fifties) met an old classmate of his, who he was close to back in the days. The first time he came to our house to visit and I knelt down to greet him, he told me to stand up and shake his hands instead. What was the idea behind Contract?
We had different scripts, but ended up choosing this one. The idea is to shed more light on surrogate parenthood. This is an issue that has not been tapped into right now in Africa. A lot of people are using surrogate these days, but have nothing to do with the woman. They pay the woman to have a baby for them and that is all. It is one of those issues that are not talked about, and we felt it will be a good thing to talk about but in a funny way.

A truck laden with cement, belonging to Dangote factory on Thursday crushed seven people including a couple to d**th at Ibese in Yewa North local government area of Ogun state.
The accident which involved three trucks of the cement company forced the Commissioner of Police, Ikemefuna Okoye to move to the area in a bid to reduce tension in the area following an outbreak of pandemonium that led to the death of a trailer motor boy and burning of three Dangote trucks.
